The mediator must maintain an aim and dispassionate attitudes in front of parties’ emotions which make the neutral party stronger. He should be unable to vary his questioning and approach techniques effectively by communicating among both parties. He must have self-control to avoid displays of genuine anger, irritation, and rude attitudes during arbitration process. He must not become emotionally involved with the party because it make the issue blur.
